The PADI Bubblemaker Experience

What a wonderful way to introduce children to scuba diving at a maximum depth of two meters (6 feet) in a pool! Organize a memorable birthday party, an exciting Bubblemaker event with friends and family at your local PADI dive shop or club. It’s fun, easy, and safely supervised.

The Fun Part

Young ones can share the family's passion for scuba diving or even start a new trend! Kids should be comfortable in the water, but they don’t need to be expert swimmers. Given their age, the maximum depth is just 2 meters (6 feet).

Classic sessions last about an hour (including registration, equipment setup, and fun). The experience is also possible in open water (maximum depth of 2 meters/6 feet).

What You Learn

Children will have the opportunity to:

Discover scuba diving under the direct supervision and guidance of PADI instructors.

Take their first breaths underwater.

Use child-sized scuba gear designed for their age and size.

Diving Equipment You Will Use

Kids use all the basic scuba gear, specially designed for their size and needs. Contact your local dive shop to arrange a Bubblemaker experience today.

Learning Materials You Need

Ready to make bubbles? The Bubblemaker kit, filled with fun gifts, provides children with a great keepsake from their underwater adventure. The kit includes a child-sized towel, a logbook, a certificate, temporary tattoo emblems, and the adorable Bubblemaker scuba figurine. Adults love it too!

Prerequisites

The PADI Bubblemaker program is for children aged 8 years and older.

No prior training required.

Your Next Adventure

Bubblemakers can continue their adventure by completing the AquaMissions of the Seal Team program. Children aged 10 to 15 can take the Junior Open Water Diver course and enroll in other youth diving programs.
